Sakib Motalib

Founder and regular contributor to UK-EMIG QuickHits.  Currently in his PGY-1 year at Regions Hospital Emergency Medicine residency program

If he wasn’t busy saving lives and enjoying making this blog, he would most likely be cooking in a food truck and starting a food blog. Also would consider acting as the body double for Aziz Ansari (brown dude from Parks and Rec)

UKCOM 2013 Graduate

Future career interests: Academic emergency medicine, ultrasound, pediatric emergencies, medical student education

JennCotton1Jennifer Cotton

Currently President of UK EMIG and founder of the Ultrasound Interest Group. She’s a California transplant in Kentucky, planning a career in Emergency Medicine. When she’s not studying or in the ED, she enjoys rock climbing, horseback riding, and her dogs. If she wasn’t a med student, she’d probably be jumping horses as a professional horseback rider.

11Nick Mancuso

Interested in Emergency Medicine as a career. If he could find time to do research, it would be on Therapeutically Induced Hypothermia.
Outside of school he enjoys spending time with his new wife (when she’s not working in the ED as a nursing student), cooking/eating, spending time with his two German pointers, as well as anything outdoors.
